Getting passed over on AD has no bearing in the guard/reserves, as far as I know. Apply to the airlines now and come up with the best possible separation date. Seniority is everything.
^^^What this guy said! When I was on AD I actually had plans to write a "Do Not Promote Me Letter" in place of my Major PRF because being twice passed over buys you about 1.5-2 years off of your UPT commitment and you walk away with a severance pay.

Fortunately for me, after applying for the VSP three times I was selected for it at the 7.5 year point and now I'm sitting at Southwest after being hired with less time than you. As someone mentioned before, that 737 type almost guarantees you an interview these days.

Best of luck dude! You scored the golden ticket and you may or may not know it yet.
