Unless some of those orders are for a holding company that would lease them to us.
Two other factors:
1) Not all of the orders are packed into the available delivery slots
2) The North America "launch" customer (Republic) desperately needs to cancel their order. Although they ordered the CS300, would Bombardier build CS100s for UAL (or anybody else) in those slots instead? I'm thinking yes.
