Sorry but it was almost a given that this would pass. Any decent offer we have ever been passed 100%. This is a very split group. If you only go by the MEC vote, then it is already a done deal. Why vote at all.
I hope you have less than 5 years left here. For me, the best that could happen is this will pass. For people with over 5 years, they are losong out on a once in a career opportunity.
