Maybe it's because many of us are not willing to lie to prospective new hires so that we can fare better. How would you feel if someone lied to you in order to take advantage of your naivety? Some of us have morals.
I'm referring to the CRJ side. I don't believe it's lying to anyone when I say this is a good place to be at. So please tell me how that's taking advantage of someone. The ERJ side, I agree on.
