LASA will continue as a separate entity owned by SKywest Holdings or other ownership. In light of the hundreds of millions of dollars Holdings has blown on the XJT/Asa merger, if Delta buys LASA, I don't foresee it merging it with 9E. It would make more sense to keep it as a separate, but wholly owned airline.

There's also the question of how SKYW's 100 new MRJ's will be distributed once scope issues are resolved.

Yes...the magical and elusive MRJ. MRJ, C-series, A350...all great planes, on paper. Until I see some U.S. carriers actually flying passengers around in them, I don't really count those. ....Unicorns and fairies.....
