I was just passed over as well and am looking to start applying at both regionals and majors. I haven't flown a military aircraft in 3 years but I do own my own plane so hopefully those hours will help me meet the currency requirements even though they don't look as good. I don't have nearly the hours you do but it is what it is. I'm looking to get my foot in the door at a Marine reserve unit or Navy and will most likely have to go the Regional route first. I know several are hiring without interviews so at least that will me in my favor but time will tell what that is really worth. It will be an interesting year and a half as I try to pave a new path.
