Good luck. Whatever you do, don't do it for the money, that's just gravy, (remember, they don't give you anything for free). Do it because you want to, more than anything else.
This! I know few pilots who had the career they planned--bankruptcies, divorces, moves, military contingencies, life--changed everything, but few would change a thing. I flew night checks, freight, fighters, airline (EAL), C-5s in 3 wars, now back to corporate, not a bit of it was what I thought would happen at your age.
