Which pack of lies would that be? The one where we say it's not happening? Or the one where we say it's not possible unless they start upgrading soon and lots of them? Or maybe the closest you'll come is the one where some say it's possible, but they have a lot of work to do to make it happen? [see note below]
I am a 2013 hire and on reserve. Let me tell you it is a living hell. If I had chosen PSA instead, I would have been in the left seat for a long time now. The only people flowing here are 1999 hires. The most junior captain on property today is a 2007 hire.
Then quit. According to your misery you should still be able to upgrade elsewhere quicker, get off reserve sooner or maybe even get paid more at a different airline. That is, if you actually work here.
Seriously, do you think a regular line pilot would gush with adoration over the company and state that they would step in front of a bullet for Envoy management?
