You make no sense. I'm at the bottom of the seniority list. 16 years after being hired! I'm a solid YES! A no vote for me is working 3 more years till achieving 12th year pay, saying no to a 13% raise plus the difference between 9th and 12th year pay, over $25K in retro, and no add pay for duty day extensions. I personally like my job and can support a nice lifestyle and family life. I'm a very logical thinking person, educated, and have had to fight to survive through 2 furloughs. Why do you think that there are junior United pilots who will vote no? For me, that would be the same thing as blowing up my pickup truck (worth about $30K) and donating $30K a year to a senior United pilot
