No problem parking your car at the sim or HQ (where gs is held). However, VX gives you a rental car, that you share with your partner, during sim training. So depending on where you live, you might just want to leave your car where it is
Not sure if this is how it was in the past but, as of the Nov 2nd class of this year you will have the rental car from start to finish.
