Funny you say that, I was telling my crew how this was how almost every day at RAH was.
It amazes me how bad that airline was on a daily basis. The fact that it takes a major storm to deteriorate Mesa for a day or two to the level of what RAH constantly operates on is comical.
I will never forget the guys that used to cry about being on hold for 3-4 hours. Once you heard that you were 50 in line to talk to a scheduler its either time to go back to the hotel or go home...
