They push an injunction, what's there stopping from people applying elsewhere?? I acknowledge applying doesn't equal getting an interview, let alone a job. But, management should acknowledge that we have more than a few marketable pilots, and if they pursue that route, more people would likely attempt to bail. It's a two-way street...
