I did have a busted check ride in UPT (mid-phase in T-37s) and I explained that in detail in the questionaires. So that would be the only unsavory item in my apps. No FAA violations or busted checks. The only other thing I can think of is that did let my First Class medical lapse about 2 months ago.

The bust shouldn't hold you up. The lack of a first class medical will. It's an easy HR throw away. Keep at it, you're not the only one with great stats being seemingly looked over, and I know it's completely frustrating. Unfortunately, like has been mentioned in thread already, it's complete crapshoot. Timing and luck account for about 50% at least it seems to me.
