Anybody know what time SC's are built and why? Is it based on Wx or is it other factors. If the Crew Desk COULD BE REQUIRED build SC lines before noon (Domicile time) and if we could get them to assign all SC's before 2pm for the next day, that would go a long way in making RSV more livable - at least for those reserves who live out of base.
