I know I may be asking for something just short of a miracle on this board, but if we can keep the "my airline is better than your airline" hate, rumors and bs out of this thread, I think it would be helpful for a lot of members. Ideally, only respond if you personally work for that airline.

What is the current and projected upgrade times for your airline? I know it is ever changing and unpredictable, however, listing most junior CA hire dates, fleet expansions, projected upgrades within your flight department, direct entry hiring, etc should help us.

Ideally, say for RAH.
What would is the projected upgrade time taking into consideration the removal of the E145's, Q400's and merger with Shuttle?
