Once the reason for SC's being build become apparent, we can have our negotiating team put together a side letter that requires SC to be built by a certain time and assigned by a certain time )preferably before 2:00pm the day before the assignment. This will give the Reserve some degree of certainty in the Reserve Pilot environment which is otherwise quite uncertain. In exchange for somekind of agreement, we'll give them something that they want.
Good post and agree. Sitting SC is not the issue, its the mind boggling times they build. However, there is nothing to give them from the current RSV rules because they have already taken everything. The only thing left is the 10am restriction on DAY 1, and they just tried to take that from us.
