The only other thing I can think of is that did let my First Class medical lapse about 2 months ago. Having just moved and being on reserve has made finding an AME a challenge. I finally got ahold of one who has to get back to me with an appointment time.
It's been a while since I flew Part 121 but don't you need to keep your first class current while employed as a Part 121 pilot? I renew mine every 6 months strictly for the applications as I fly Part 91 only. Once you get a new date in the system, with your recent currency in 121 ops I am betting you'll get some invites even prior to WAI.
