For those of us new to the game, FARs require 1,000 TSIC minimum to upgrade to CA. Whether you fly 10, 30, or 90 hours per month is between you and the regional you choose to fly for.
No, they require either 1000 hours of 121 SIC or 1000 hours of PIC in 135.243(a) operations or certain 91(K) operations.
