Republic and Shuttle pilots are on the same seniority list, but if RAH were to remove all of the 145s, and all of those pilots move into the 170, I would assume that would be a nightmare for someone getting hired right now. As for the Qs, that really shouldn't make a huge difference since there are only 5 still operating.

Currently, the most junior captain on the Republic side is an April 2011 hire.
