Well our negotiating committee and most of the MEC all resigned their positions after the TA failed. Considering the negotiators have to be trained and the MEC has to collect all the data on why the TA failed and come up with a game plan for the next round of negotiations, I doubt they are ready to go back to the table with the Company just yet. The company would much rather keep us on the current contract for as long as they can so you won't find them badgering the union for a new contract in a hurry.
