Why the "OBAMACARE" bashing? (Other than the obvious, that is.) I had a plan I bought through Healthcare.gov while I was at Mesa, and it was awesome. Top health insurer in my state. Much better insurance than I'm now getting (for the same out of pocket cost) at SkyWest.

Is it worth it to suck it up and commute to the ERJ, or be patient and bide my time and stick with the CRJ?
Thoughts?
What makes you think you'll upgrade quicker on the ERJ? Most of the FOs flying it came here with 121 time, they'll upgrade much sooner than you. Hate to break the bad news to you but if you didn't bring a bunch of 121 time with you or were hired in mid-2014 or earlier, there will be no quick upgrade for you.
