What makes you think you'll upgrade quicker on the ERJ? Most of the FOs flying it came here with 121 time, they'll upgrade much sooner than you. Hate to break the bad news to you but if you didn't bring a bunch of 121 time with you or were hired in mid-2014 or earlier, there will be no quick upgrade for you.
I came here with 2500 hours of turbine 121 time in an EMB-145 (Which is also a consideration since I'm really familiar with the Embraer way of designing stuff) I have multiple captain recs, so I'm all set to go. Now it's just a waiting game.
On a personal note, you were the FO on my fam ride. We did PHX to OAK. Thanks for showing me around the CRJ on the preflight.
