I beg to differ. His numbers are just fine and pretty typical for a military background. Lots of ex-mil pilots getting hired with those numbers or less. Building time at a regional will just increase his odds of getting hired even though the pay sucks and is a slap in the face to anyone who meets ATP minimums.
For a 20 year mil guy they are low. I was a 10 year mil guy with those stats and was told by recruiters they are low. Look at the averages delta posts and you will see they are below average. For a fighter guy they are great but for a heavy guy they are low comparatively speaking.
