Just ordered some from here:

Elbeco | 7761 | JetStream Tapered Fit Short Sleeve Shirt| Shirts | A.P.E., Inc.<br>American Police Equipment, Inc.

A little pricey, but I this this shirt is far better than the standard issued M&H shirt.
