The flow has taken all the ones that want to go. Out of the 400 and something pilots I think there will be only about 60 lifers. Then you gotta remember many of them are in the training Dept.
By the end of this year the flow will be thru the 2007 hires and moving fast because for a few years we didn't hire hardly at all.

Only problem they will have is finding pilots. Actually ones that will upgrade also.
