What's irrelevant is whether you feel like you're worth more or that you say you won't "subsidize" the profits. Because after it's all said and done, you simply will do it because thats the nature of the ULCC beast.
Clearly you know your self worth by allowing the company to underpay you. I know I know I know, it's ok because you get "Free smiles"
Expect and fight for better. This airline can afford to pay us Industry Average Airbus pay and still maintain its "ULCC" status.
