Over a year in BOI, on composite reserve but just barely. Guy a number above me held a line in the last bid. This is a little inflated right now though, we're overstaffed by 30-35 FO's right now and have done very little upgrading in the past few months. Next bid there are 16 upgrading, which is a big change from the past couple bids.

Best guess of a forecast for new hires right now is probably 5-8 months on reserve, depending on base. As far as utilization goes, the SEA and PDX guys are flying a lot more than the rest of the bases. Buddy of mine in SEA says he gets called about 80% of the time he is on reserve right now. Out in BOI I've been called about 25% of the time, even less on AM reserve.
