I used palace chase. Best thing I ever did. The big thing is you need to have 100 hrs in the last 12 months. Start finding a reserve/Grd gig now. Go there as a full time guy. There will be guys there that are already in the airlines. You can keep current, with the pay you make now and just wait to get picked up. Then you simply transition to a part time guy. If you don't get picked up right away just stay on as a full time guy making good money until you do. That's the best path in my opinion.

2nd way is to go regionals for a while.

My buddy got passed over for O-4. Flys for AA now and loves it.
