I'm tempted to stay and just suck up the crap pay, and hope to go to one of those such as Atlas or Spirit or Allegiant, as opposed to a lateral move, but I'm also afraid of not getting offers from any place and having no choice but to suck it up longer than I'd like, or make a lateral move.
Getting an upgrade would help the financial situation, but some are saying the "quick" upgrade ship has sailed.
