I'm tempted to stay and just suck up the crap pay, and hope to go to one of those such as Atlas or Spirit or Allegiant, as opposed to a lateral move, but I'm also afraid of not getting offers from any place and having no choice but to suck it up longer than I'd like, or make a lateral move.
Getting an upgrade would help the financial situation, but some are saying the "quick" upgrade ship has sailed.
Let's see...off the top of my head the one guy who went to United had been here 8 years, the other one 2 years or so, both Captains. The guy who went to Allegiant was a Captain who was here around 2 years. The FO who went to Skywest was here around 15 months. The FO who went to BA was here about 7-8 months IIRC. The FO who went to Atlas was here around 18 months.
