So, a 1-year FO got a 7K bonus while the most senior got 3K. I don't dislike the senior folks just the guys who like to try to make you feel like you are know nothing noob just because you are new to Spirit. How many times did I have to endure the "you new guys...." talk.
I think we are on the same page w the nc. My (admittedly cynical) prediction on how they plan to apply leverage on the pilot group to get a slanted turd to pass is to talk about the time value of money and how we lose a ton of money by not quickly voting in a TA, and threaten to quit again.
I just don't trust them. I don't.
