The ground instructors teaching CSI's is going to arbitration (at least so I've heard). Contract says its flight training and needs to be done by instructors on the list. The company argues that it isn't flight training.

Why hasn't this been communicated to the group???!!! Every spirit pilot should know these things. That insulting proposal was more than enough reason to stop playing nice and be taking the company to task on every word of our contract. This CSI issue is a big deal both training wise and staffing wise.
So nice to work at the Mesa of the majors. What have I done?
