Equally as important, negotiations wise! You don't have to be a math whiz to figure out their desire to gut the training department of all of those Captains making $180/hr to teach flows and SOP's. Letting them do it without pushback or grieving it is giving up probably the largest leverage we have, just behind the transition language.
