All well and good for now sir. But when the Airbus show up at United and replace regional flying this year and if they get the EMB 190s on property which is looking likely, Skywest will shrink as will many other regionals. Doesn't make a difference how many pilots we are hiring. We are at the mercy of the majors. I want to be ready. I don't want to be stuck in the right seat for 7 years slipping backwards
