Regarding why fewer than normal upgrades for EJET. I also make mention of this. Recently several CRJ FO to EJET CA upgrades did not make it through training. In fact they didn't make it through the sim/ground portion of the training. They have subsequently been returned to their right hand seat on the crj. Unfortunately due to the fact that the company has not posted any updated Roster you can not see this reflected.
