Give them a call and ask them how their lateral move worked out. No one can understand your situation better than them, and their advice might actually mean something. Very True! I do have a friend from my new hire class 8 years ago and left for PSA about 8 months ago. He's already a captain! Perhaps PSA would be the best bet. Plus they have a flow at American! it may be a slow flow, but at least I know I'm not going to work their for 5-8 years and then find out "sorry but you're not delta material, now go fly our passengers around at Endeavor for lower pay" at a Delta guaranteed interview.
