Seriously, don't come to Mesa. Much better deals elsewhere. If you come here now, you are probably the type that would work for free or pay for a job, and doesn't need health insurance. And if you somehow make an upgrade, you will be on reserve FOREVER!!!
Every Mesa base is senior on CA side. As in, 2013 hire with fast upgrade has had majority of time been on reserve.
