It is different for the United side is all I'm going to say. Not advocating anything when it comes to what you do with it when airborne but there are more options on United.
And we do sometimes fly .65 or slower. Especially if we want to get to a higher altitude. Our ceiling is dependent upon a few factors, one of which produces an inverse correlation between speed and altitude. Basically, the slower we go, the higher we can go.
