i aplaud your post knowing you be be crucified by some..anyway the only reason i would change my vote is the careful consideration of your 2 points...the money that was put aside for us in the postal debacle (somewhere around $40mill/yr) went into the pockets of management as bonuses and still does....
that is a fact!...the money in this case will go the same place and i have been told that...also i have buds wanting to bid these places and want the $2700...and they are going anyway..still thinking
