Mesa would be the easiest choice if you wanted to be based at home. Short reserve time and no 50 seaters. When the oil prices go up or a downturn in the economy they will be the first to go. Last bid we had mid 2015 hires upgrading. I still have friends hired in 2011 at eagle still on reserve! I would take the 10 dollars less per hour to have a decent line and have a life outside of work. Eventually mesa will have to provide a better contract.
That 2011 hire must be bidding reserve on purpose. Probably because he or she lives in base and can make it home almost everynight. 2013 hires are holding lines everywhere, but reserve living in base has a better QOL for people who value time at home. Granted you won't upgrade as fast as you would at MESA.
