Little search I did in the past few days show IND and its suburb to be great place to raise family with great schools and low cost of living. How does IAD and its surrounding suburbs to raise family?cost of living... Se comparing to IND?

With a regional FO pay, IND seems very doable...I don't know much about IAD.
