Sit back and wait for your flow in 6 or 7 years. No applications, interviewing and luck trying to get on with a LCC after getting abused by Mesa for a few years under terrible management. I did the Envoy flow to AA route and have no regrets. Loved my time at Envoy living in base being home with my family. Most of my buddies chasing that quick upgrade etc are commuting for a LCC job now with their apps in at the big 3 hoping for an interview some day. One out of 16,000 applications at the majors. A few have made it, but their quality of life and marriages paid for it chasing the quick upgrade job and jump to a LCC.
How long did you have to work at Envoy prior to flow?
