But to answer your question, it is around 9400/9500 for a DAL south 2001 hire. The problem with this rationale is many years of no hiring between 2001 and some time around 2007/8. You have only a few numbers separating people hired in 2001, 2008, and pretty much even 2010.
Although you can probably use 9500 for a guesstimate.

So using
Pilot Relative Position and assuming seniority number of 9500 I found that of the 462 FOs on the 717, only 34 are on 12+ pay or roughly 7.3%. On the flip side, there are approximately 130 FOs (28%) on 1st year pay (assuming seniority number of 12000) making half what the article suggests. Completely misleading figures.
