I agree that this is a problem. It's old, it's tired, it's immature and has the potential to impact safety in a number of ways. To the folks perpetuating it: I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul. But until there is a way to put an end to it outside of inane internet rumors, threats and fear mongering the solution is as simple as deselecting comm 2 for a few minutes. The airplane will not, repeat, will NOT fall out of the sky! Just another version of "don't feed the troll". Do what you do with any other distraction in the cockpit that is interfering with your duties and eliminate it! Nine times out of 10 when you come back up a few minutes later the shenanigans are gone. Easy peasey.
