Well of course if you ask around everyone will say that they have their apps out, but how many are actually leaving for greener pastures? We have tons of great captains and I hope many will be moving on to bigger and better things in the near future, but why you are betting your career progression at the regionals entirely on attrition when ylu can go somewhere with new equipment coming online and guaranteed movement? Why why why??? I just dont get it. Go someplace like commutair or piedmont that still has many more RJs to be delivered and a flow or preferential interview to keep a constant attrition on the captain side.

Plus they all pay better and have better benefits. Mesa isn't even in the same league in that regard. I wouldn't even have Mesa on my radar if I were coming into the industry right now.
