Wall Street is hopeful our new CEO will slow growth down and possibly defer deliveries or accelerate the return of some leased aircraft. Without a new contract and Wall Street applying pressure, I'd encourage all potential new hires to do their due diligence. Nothing has changed as far as the job is concerned, but a 2011 hire versus a 2016 hire at Spirit may have significantly different career expectations.
