Do a search over there...tons of info. Also, like I said, PM 'Pilotyip' and he'll answer most/all of your specific questions concerning the company. As of late, they've begun paying $300. up front for their new hires as an 'allowance' during ground school. Also, you get full pay beginning on day one of ground school. They'll reimburse you up to $3000. to move to the area -- which, isn't that bad. I lived in Belleville which satisfied the call-out requirement on the Falcon. Now, they're hiring into the right seat of the -9 which has different (read 'better') call-out requirements, etc. Most of the time, on the -9, you know your schedule in advance.

As far as its being 'better' than a regional, that's largely a matter of opinion. I've never been at a regional, and that's no coincidence. Someone on here said something about their planes looking,"...rough." If you're the type of person/pilot that doesn't mind that --or maybe takes a little pride in the fact that your planes fly lots and so do you-- then it's a good place to get some great experience...yadda, yadda, yadda.

Given the choice, I'd go there again w/out any reservations. That said, I know it's only gotten better...

DC-9 F/O's guarantee is $37,680.

DA-20 F/O's guarantee is $34,200.

Obviously, many are making more than that. If it's busy, you fly LOTS...and, vice/versa. In any case, it's more than I'm making this year!!
