It is doubtful that PSA will be able to staff unless the company makes some drastic changes. But, for now, the last 2 classes have had decent numbers in them. The last class of December had 18 new hires (1 being an instructor, 17 FO's). The first class this year has something like 18 in it as well (waiting for them to hit the seniority list to confirm). If we are able to hire 18 per class every 2 weeks, that would be over 936 hew hires in the next year, but no one thinks that will continue.
