Are you insinuating that Commutair pilots will NOT get the opportunity to flow? And if so, what leads you to believe that?

Commutair is offering interviewees to do their CPP interview before stepping on property, so i don't see a point in doing that if they didn't intend on letting that applicant flow if they're number is called and they have built the required time.
