I agree, it IS a good deal for us because we have the Secondary Working Window.


What irks me is that when The Company was ready to implement this GOOD change before the TA vote even closed, our Negotiating Committee asked The Company to delay implementation. One member in particular told me that captains who hadn't read the TA might be caught by surprise.


If that's the worst thing that could happen to a guy who didn't read the TA ...
